| As decided by the Ministry of Transport, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on International Maritime Transportation (Order No. 4 [2017], Ministry of Transport) are amended as follows: | | 交通运输部决定对《中华人民共和国国际海运条例实施细则》（交通运输部令2017年第4号）作如下修改： |
| I. Subparagraph (8) of Article 3, paragraph 1 of Article 7, Article 8, Article 9, and Chapter IV are deleted. | | 一、删去第三条第八项、第七条第一款、第八条、第九条、第四章。 |
II. Article 21 is renumbered as Article 19, in which “international vessel management operators” is deleted.
