| In accordance with the Notice of Issuing the Overall Plan for Improving the System for the Employment Security Funds for the Disabled and Better Promoting the Employment of the Disabled as issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Administration of Taxation, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation (No. 2015 [2019], NDRC), the State Taxation Administration (“STA”) has revised the Declaration Form for the Payment of Employment Security Funds for the Disabled and the instructions for completion thereof. | | 根据国家发展和改革委员会、财政部、民政部、人力资源和社会保障部、国家税务总局、中国残疾人联合会《关于印发〈关于完善残疾人就业保障金制度 更好促进残疾人就业的总体方案〉的通知》（发改价格规〔2019〕2015号），国家税务总局对《残疾人就业保障金缴费申报表》表单和填写说明进行了修订。 |
Beginning as of January 1, 2020, this Announcement shall apply to the payment of employment security funds for the disabled as required. After the use of the declaration form issued in this Announcement, the Declaration Form for the Payment of Employment Security Funds for the Disabled (SB06) in the Annex to the Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the Formats of Documents on Social Insurance Premiums and Other Fund Fees (No. 98 [2015], amended by Announcement No. 31 [2018], State Administration of Taxation) shall be concurrently repealed.
