| To further enhance the submission efficiency of foreign exchange business data on the insurance business, and optimize the submission of foreign exchange regulatory statements on the insurance business, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) has decided to launch the system of foreign exchange regulatory statements on the insurance business (hereinafter referred to as the “statement system”) as of June 1, 2014, and adjust the submission form of foreign exchange regulatory statements on the insurance business at the same time. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为进一步提高保险外汇业务数据报送效率，优化保险外汇监管报表报送工作，国家外汇管理局（以下简称总局）决定自2014年6月1日起上线保险外汇监管报表系统（以下简称报表系统），同时调整保险外汇监管报表报送方式，现就有关事项通知如下： |
I. The statements as listed in Annexes 1 through 4 to the Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Issues concerning the Submission of Foreign Exchange Regulatory Statements on the Insurance Business | | 一、《国家外汇管理局关于报送保险外汇监管报表有关问题的通知》（汇发[2003]27号，以下简称《通知）））中附件1-4所列报表，由通过纸质报表报送调整为通过报表系统报送。其他内容仍按《通知》的有关规定执行。 |
II. All insurance companies (including insurance asset management companies) and their branch offices (hereinafter referred to as “insurance institutions”) may visit the statement system through the website of the Application System One of the SAFE (“ASONE”) (http://asone.safesvc.gov.cn/asone), and all designated foreign exchange banks may visit the statement system through the portal website for bank information of the SAFE (IP address: http://100.1.95.15, and domain name: http://banksvc.safe), and the SAFE and its branch offices (hereinafter referred to as “foreign exchange authorities”) may visit the statement system through the terminal of foreign exchange authorities of the ASONE (http://100.1.48.51:9101/asone).
