| In order to satisfy the relevant needs of the parties in economic and legal activities, on the basis of providing patentees and the public with real-time, convenient, and transparent information inquiry channels through the Internet platform, the State Intellectual Property Office has further optimized the components of a patent certificate and the duplicate thereof and the pamphlet of patent is no longer attached. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为满足当事人在经济、法律活动中的相关需要，国家知识产权局在通过互联网平台向专利权人及社会公众提供实时、便捷、透明的信息查询渠道基础上，进一步优化专利证书及专利证书副本的构成，不再附具专利单行本。现将有关事宜公告如下： |
I. For patents whose date of announcement of patent grant is after March 2, 2018 and before April 24, 2018, the patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office includes the title page of the certificate and the title page of the pamphlet of patent.
