| The competent small and medium-sized enterprises departments, finance departments (bureaus) and tax administrations of all provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities under separate state planning; the Guangdong Branch of the General Administration of Customs; and all customs offices directly under the General Administration of Customs: | | 有关省、直辖市、计划单列市中小企业主管部门、财政厅（局）、税务局，海关总署广东分署，各直属海关： |
| According to the requirements of the import tax policy for supporting scientific and technological innovations, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Taxation Administration have determined upon examination the lists of model national public service platforms (the technological category) (hereinafter referred to as “model platforms”) for small and medium-sized enterprises enjoying the import tax policy for supporting scientific and technological innovations (2019 group, and 2017 group passing the review), which are hereby issued. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 根据支持科技创新进口税收政策的要求，工业和信息化部、财政部、海关总署、税务总局审核确定了享受支持科技创新进口税收政策的国家中小企业公共服务示范平台（技术类）（以下简称示范平台）2019年批次名单和2017年批次复审合格名单，现予以公布。有关事项通知如下： |
| I. Nine model platforms including Beijing Huateng Hightech Co., Ltd. (see Annex 1 for the list) are granted approval to enjoy the import tax policy for supporting scientific and technological innovations from the date of issuance of this Notice. | | 一、同意北京华腾新材料股份有限公司等9家示范平台（名单见附件1），自本通知印发之日起享受支持科技创新进口税收政策。 |
| II. Eleven model platforms including Baishan Product Quality Inspection Institute/National Drinking Water Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (see Annex 2 for the list) are granted approval to pass the review and continue to enjoy the import tax policy for supporting scientific and technological innovations. | | 二、同意白山市产品质量检验所/国家饮用水产品质量监督检验中心等11家示范平台（名单见附件2）复审合格，继续享受支持科技创新进口税收政策。 |
III. Six platforms, namely, Institute of Tsinghua University, Hebei, Suzhou Electrical Apparatus Science Academy Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Fangyuan Electrical Equipment Testing Co., Ltd., Binzhou Textile and Fiber Inspection Institute, Binzhou Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, andProduct Technology Service Co., Ltd., that fail to participate in or fail to pass the review shall be disqualified from enjoying tax exemption from the date of issuance of this Notice.
