| Article 1 For purposes of improving the enforcement of intra-Party regulations and promoting the comprehensive and profound implementation of the intra-Party regulations, these Provisions are developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Communist Party of China on Development of Intra-Party Regulations. | | 第一条 为了提高党内法规执行力，推动党内法规全面深入实施，根据《中国共产党党内法规制定条例》，制定本规定。 |
| Article 2 Party organization at all levels and all Party members shall have the obligation to abide by intra-Party regulations and defend their authority. Party organizations at all levels and Party member leaders must strengthen the "consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment," bolster "confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics," "defend the status of General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC Central Committee and the whole Party and the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee," firmly establish the concept that the implementation of intra-Party regulations is fulfillment of duty, and ineffective implementation of the intra-Party regulations is dereliction of duty, and effectually assume the political responsibility for implementing the intra-Party regulations. | | 第二条 各级党组织和全体党员负有遵守党内法规、维护党内法规权威的义务。各级党组织和党员领导干部必须增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，牢固树立执规是本职、执规不力是失职的理念，切实担负起执行党内法规的政治责任。 |
| Article 3 Under the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee, a responsibility system for implementation of intra-party regulations, in which CPC committees provide unified leadership, the general offices of CPC committees effect overall coordination, competent departments take the lead in assuming responsibilities, relevant entities assist and cooperate, and the Party's disciplinary inspection agencies conduct strict supervision, shall be established and improved, so that centralization and decentralization are combined, each performs its own duties, and each is responsible for implementation. | | 第三条 在党中央集中统一领导下，建立健全党委统一领导、党委办公厅（室）统筹协调、主管部门牵头负责、相关单位协助配合、党的纪律检查机关严格监督的执规责任制，统分结合、各司其职，一级抓一级、层层抓落实。 |
| Article 4 Each local CPC committee shall assume the primary responsibility for the local implementation of intra-Party regulations, resolutely implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the decisions of higher Party organizations, take the lead in strictly implementing intra-Party regulations, lead, organize, and advance the local implementation of intra-Party regulations, and support and supervise local Party organizations and Party member leaders' performance of their responsibility for implementation of intra-Party regulations. | | 第四条 地方各级党委对本地区党内法规执行工作负主体责任，应当坚决贯彻党中央决策部署以及上级党组织决定，带头严格执行党内法规，并领导、组织、推进本地区党内法规执行工作，支持和监督本地区党组织和党员领导干部履行执规责任。 |

| Article 6 The functional departments, offices, and dispatched offices and public institutions directly under any CPC committee shall be responsible for taking the lead in the implementation of the intra-Party regulations that mainly provide for their powers and duties and organize, coordinate, supervise, and guide relevant Party organizations and Party member leaders' implementation of the relevant intra-Party regulations. | | 第六条 党委职能部门、办事机构、派出机关、直属事业单位等，对主要规定其职权职责的党内法规，负有牵头执行的责任，并组织、协调、督促、指导有关党组织和党员领导干部执行有关党内法规。 |
| Any other relevant entity shall, in accordance with the provisions of intra-Party regulations, perform its duties and responsibilities and assist and cooperate the department taking the lead in jointly implementing the intra-Party regulations. | | 其他相关单位应当按照党内法规规定各司其职、各尽其责，协助配合牵头部门共同执行党内法规。 |
Article 7 A leading Party members' group (CPC committee) shall assume primary responsibility for implementing relevant intra-Party regulations in its entity (or system) and lead, organize, and advance the implementation of the intra-Party regulations of its entity (or system).
