All enterprises, the human resources and social security bureaus in all districts, the Social Undertaking Bureau of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, and the Administrative Approval Bureau of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area: 各企业、各区人力资源和社会保障局、北京经济技术开发区社会事业局、北京经济技术开发区行政审批局:
For the purposes of implementing the requirements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government on the Covid-19 prevention and control, ensuring that sick workers feel at ease to receive treatment, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the employees kept in quarantine due to the outbreak and those who fail to go back to work in time, ensuring the normal production and operation of enterprises, and maintaining stable labor relations, you are hereby notified of the relevant issues as follows: 为落实市委、市政府关于疫情防控工作的要求,确保患病职工安心接受治疗,保障因疫情被隔离人员和未及时返京复工人员的合法权益,保证企业正常生产经营,维护劳动关系稳定,现就有关问题通知如下:
I. Employers shall ensure that sick employees are entitled to a period of medical treatment and sick pay   一、企业应当保障患病职工依法享有医疗期和病假工资
According to the relevant state and municipal laws and regulations, an employee who has to stop working for treatment because of illness shall have a period of medical treatment. When an employee is receiving treatment, the employer shall, as agreed upon in the labor contract or collective contract, provide sick pay, which shall not be less than 80% of the minimum wage in Beijing.

 根据国家和本市相关法律法规规定,企业职工因患病停止工作治疗休息的,应当享有医疗期。职工医疗期中,企业应当根据劳动合同或集体合同的约定,支付病假工资,病假工资不得低于北京市最低工资标准的80%。
