| With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) and the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (“CSDC”) have jointly decided that: beginning on October 21, 2019, the trading settlement mode of ETF on the SZSE will be transformed from T+1 DVP to the A-share mode; the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) for the creation and redemption of ETFs traded on the SZSE will be unified; the exchange-traded creation and redemption mode of cross-market ETFs will be changed to the mode of “in-kind creation and redemption of SZSE shares and cash substitution of SSE shares,” and the CSDC is responsible for the guaranteed settlement. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of relevant business, all members, fund management companies, custodians and relevant entities shall attach great importance thereto, conscientiously organize the relevant work, and make good technical preparation for the corresponding business. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 经中国证监会批准，深圳证券交易所（简称“深交所”）和中国证券登记结算有限责任公司（简称“中国结算”）深圳分公司联合决定：自2019年10月21日起，深市ETF由T＋1担保DVP结算模式调整为A股结算模式、统一深市ETF申赎业务的非担保结算模式、跨市场股票ETF的场内申赎模式调整为“深市股票实物申赎，沪市股票现金替代”申赎模式并由中国结算实行担保交收。为确保相关业务的顺利实施，请各会员、基金管理人、托管人及相关单位高度重视，认真组织，做好相应业务技术准备。现将有关事项通知如下： |
| (1) For the transaction data of ETFs on the SZSE on October 18, 2019, the follow-up settlement shall still be handled according to the settlement mode before adjustment, and the relevant parties shall, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Adjustment, Launch, and Switch of the Trading Settlement Mode of ETFs on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (see Annex), conscientiously switch and process the in-transit data on such business as the trading, creation and redemption, commissioned collection and payment of ETFs on the SZSE. | | 1、深市ETF在2019年10月18日的成交数据，后续交收仍按调整前的交收模式处理，请相关各方按照《深市ETF交易结算模式调整上线切换指引》（见附件），认真做好深市ETF交易、申赎、代收代付等业务的在途数据切换处理。 |
| (2) All members and fund management companies shall suspend relevant matters based on their business, notify their clients as soon as possible of properly arranging the transition of shares and funds relating to ETFs on the SZSE (including currency ETFs), and effectively provide services for investors. | | 2、请各会员、基金管理人根据业务暂停相关事项，尽早通知客户妥善安排深市ETF（含货币ETF）相关的份额与资金等衔接工作，做好投资者服务。 |
| (3) A test across the whole network shall be organized in the whole market on October 12, 2019, and the acceptance test for business shall be conducted on October 19, 2019, for the purpose of simulating the handling of such business as trading, creation and redemption, and settlement on the first day after the adjustment of the trading settlement mode of ETFs on the SZSE. All members, fund management companies, custodians and relevant entities shall make good preparation in advance and actively participate in the test, and be separately notified of the test plan. | | 3、组织全市场于2019年10月12日进行全网测试、2019年10月19日进行业务通关测试，模拟深市ETF交易结算模式调整后的业务启用首日交易、申赎、结算等业务处理，请各会员、基金管理人、托管人及相关单位提前做好准备并积极参加测试，测试方案另行通知。 |
| (4) Fund management companies shall arrange their respective ETF custodians to participate in the test across the whole network on October 12 and the acceptance test for business on October 19, so as to verify the correctness of the technical systems of their custodians and ensure the smooth switch of the ETF-related business on the SZSE. | | 4、请基金管理人组织各自ETF托管人参加10月12日全网测试、10月19日通关测试，验证托管人技术系统的正确性，确保深市ETF相关业务的平稳切换。 |
