| The Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Commerce hereby decide to amend the Provisions on the Administration of Foreign Investment in the International Maritime Industry as follows: | | 交通运输部、商务部决定对《外商投资国际海运业管理规定》作如下修改： |
I. “Foreign investors shall be allowed to invest in the international maritime industry in the following forms with the approval of the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Commerce” in Article 4 is amended to read: “Foreign investors shall be allowed to invest in the international maritime industry in the following forms with approval according to these Provisions.”
