| Announcement of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Adjusting Channels of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for Receiving Applications for Government Information Disclosure | | 国家外汇管理局关于调整国家外汇管理局政府信息公开申请接收渠道的公告 |
In recent years, many spam and virus mails have been received from the “Suggestion Box for Government Information Disclosure” (guanliyuan@mail.safe.gov.cn) of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) , which has substantially affected the receipt and handling of applications for government information disclosure. In order to better perform government information disclosure upon application, the SAFE hereby decides to suspend the use of such e-mail address as a channel for receiving applications for government information disclosure as of September 10, 2018 in accordance with the relevant provisions and in light of the actual work circumstances. An applicant may continue to file an application for government information disclosure with the SAFE by such means as mail service, face-to-face submission or fax (see the Working Rules of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for the Government Information Disclosure upon Application), and the SAFE will protect the lawful rights and interests of applicants in accordance with the law.
