| For purposes of implementing the requirements of the Decision of the State Council to Cancel a Group of Administrative Licensing Items and Other Items (No. 28 [2018] of the State Council) and achieving the smooth transition after cancellation of four items including the confirmation and registration of enterprise groups, the State Administration for Market Regulation has decided to amend the following rules: | | 为贯彻落实《国务院关于取消一批行政许可等事项的决定》（国发〔2018〕28号）文件精神，切实做好取消企业集团核准登记等4项事项后的衔接工作，市场监管总局决定对下列规章作出修改： |
| I. The Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons are amended as follows: | | 一、对《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例施行细则》作出修改 |
| 1. “State Administration for Industry and Commerce” in Articles 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 32, 41, 55 and 59 is replaced with “State Administration for Market Regulation.” | | （一）将第六条、第七条、第八条、第十条、第十一条、第三十二条、第四十一条、第五十五条、第五十九条中“国家工商行政管理总局”修改为“国家市场监督管理总局”。 |
| 2. “Administrations for industry and commerce” in Article 6 and “administrative departments for industry and commerce” in Articles 8, 9, 10, 11, and 59 are replaced with “market regulatory departments.” | | （二）将第六条中的“工商行政管理机关”，第八条、第九条、第十条、第十一条、第五十九条中的“工商行政管理局”修改为“市场监督管理部门”。 |
3. Subparagraph 2 of Article 7 is deleted.
