In order to punish criminal activities of the illegal manufacture, trading, transport, mailing, and storage of explosives according to law, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law, and in consideration of judicial practice, it is hereby decided to amend the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court of Several Issues on the Specific Application of Law in the Trial of Criminal Cases about the Illegal Manufacture, Trading and Transport of Guns, Ammunition and Explosives and Other Offenses (hereinafter referred to as the “Interpretation”) as follows: | |
为了依法惩治非法制造、买卖、运输、邮寄、储存爆炸物犯罪活动，根据刑法有关规定，并结合审判实践情况，现决定对最高人民法院《关于审理非法制造、买卖、运输枪支、弹药、爆炸物等刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》（以下简称《解释》）作如下修改： |

I. Paragraph 1 of Article 8 of the Interpretation is amended to read: “The term ‘illegal storage' in paragraph 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Law means the storage of guns or ammunition for another person with the knowledge that the guns or ammunition has been illegally manufactured, bought, sold, transported, or mailed by the other person or the illegal storage of explosives.”
