| In accordance with the Official Reply of the State Council on the Plan of Shanghai Municipality for Further Advancing the Pilot Program of the Reform of “Separating Permits from Business Licenses” (Letter No. 12 [2018], State Council), the State Council has decided to temporarily adjust the implementation of the following provisions of administrative regulations in Pudong New Area of Shanghai Municipality from the date of issuance of this Decision to December 31, 2018: | | 根据《国务院关于上海市进一步推进“证照分离”改革试点工作方案的批复》（国函〔2018〕12号），国务院决定，即日起至2018年12月31日，在上海市浦东新区暂时调整实施下列行政法规规定： |
I. The implementation of the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 34 of the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices on the issuance of large-scale medical equipment purchase permits shall be adjusted temporarily; large-scale medical equipment of category B purchased by privately-run medical institutions within pilot areas shall not be subject to licensing administration; and interim and ex-post regulation shall be strengthened.
