| Announcement of Preventing Rift Valley Fever from Spreading into China | | 关于防止裂谷热疫情传入我国的公告 |
| According to the notification of World Health Organization (WHO), the breakout of rift valley fever occurred in Kenya and South Sudan. By June 21, 2018, Kenya reported a total of 54 cases with 11 deaths; South Sudan reported a total of 31 cases, with 4 deaths. To prevent the disease from entering China and protect the health and safety of Chinese personnel in these two countries, in accordance with the provisions of Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China and its details rules for implementation, you are hereby notified as follows: | | 根据世界卫生组织（WHO）通报，肯尼亚和南苏丹暴发裂谷热疫情，截至2018年6月21日，肯尼亚共报告54例，死亡11例；南苏丹共报告31例，死亡4例。为防止裂谷热传入我国，保护我国前往上述国家人员的健康安全，根据《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》及其实施细则等法律法规的规定，现公告如下： |
I. For people coming from the above countries and suffering from such symptoms as fever, muscle pain, joint pain, headache, neck stiffness, photophobia, anorexia, and vomiting, they shall, before entering China, complete health and quarantine declaration, and cooperate with relevant authorities in body temperature checking and medical screening. The customs shall take proper medical measures to deal with the people having the above symptoms in accordance with required procedures. Those showing the above symptoms 6 days after their entry shall be immediately hospitalized and report to doctors the recent places they have travelled to.
．．．．．． | | 一、来自上述国家的人员，如有发热、肌痛、关节痛、头痛、颈项强直、畏光、食欲不振和呕吐等症状，入境时应当进行卫生检疫申报，配合做好体温监测和医学排查等工作。海关对发现有上述症状的入境人员要按照规定程序采取医学措施。入境后6天内出现上述症状的人员，应当立即就医，并向医生说明近期的旅行史。
