| Article 1 To provide better services for the copyright protection, and development and operation of derivatives, and establish sound systems for logo use and administration, the Copyright Protection Center of China (“CPCC”) hereby formulates the Specifications for the Use of the Logo of “COPYRIGHT DERIVATIVES' LICENSE” (hereinafter referred to as the “Use Specifications”). | | 第一条 为了更好的服务于衍生品版权保护与开发运营服务工作，建立完善的标志使用与管理制度，中华版权代理中心特制定如下“华代衍生品授权”标志使用规范（以下简称“使用规范”）。 |

| (1) The integral color of the logo of “COPYRIGHT DERIVATIVES' LICENSE” is dark blue. | | |

| (2) The logo of “COPYRIGHT DERIVATIVES' LICENSE” consists of two parts: The internal part is a pattern in the shape of a circle, which contains the Chinese characters of “华代衍生品授权” (Font: Thick Round Simplified Chinese) and the English characters of “COPYRIGHT DERIVATIVES' LICENSE” (Font: Aurora Bold Condensed BT). In the middle of the circle pattern, it is a luxuriant tree rounded by multiple graphs that resemble leaves. Such graphs are similar in the form of “c,” the initial of the word “copyright,” which implies that great importance must be attached to the work of copyright protection in the development and operation of derivatives. The external part of the logo shows two olive branches, which imply that the global cultural creative industry is a unity of diversification, integration, harmony, and win-win. | | |
| | 2.“华代衍生品授权”标志由内外两部分构成：内部结构为一个圆形图案，图案中包含中文“华代衍生品授权”（字体：粗圆简体）、以及英文“COPYRIGHT DERIVATIVES' LICENSE”（字体：Aurora Bold Condensed BT）。圆形图案的中间部分是酷似树叶形状的多个图形环绕组成的一棵繁茂的大树。这些树叶形状的图形与英文单词“copyright”的首字母“c”形似，寓意着在从事衍生品开发运营业务中必须高度重视版权保护工作。标志的外部结构为两枚橄榄枝，寓意着全球文化创意产业是一个多元共融、和谐共赢的统一体。 |

| (1) Upon written authorization by the CPCC, the derivatives-related enterprises that have established cooperation relationship with the CPCC shall be deemed that they have obtained the legal authorization of the CPCC and may use the logo of “COPYRIGHT DERIVATIVES' LICENSE.” | | |
