Announcement on the Ports Restricting the Import of Solid Wastes 关于发布限定固体废物进口口岸的公告
For the purposes of further regulating the import of solid wastes and preventing the environmental pollution, in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes, the Measures for the Import of Solid Wastes, the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Prohibiting the Entry of Foreign Garbage and Advancing the Reform of the Solid Waste Import Administration System and other relevant laws and regulations, the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment hereby announce the matters on restricting the ports for the import of solid wastes as follows:
