| Announcement on Issuing the Format Texts of the Legal Documents Involved in the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision over the Entry and Exit Articles of Foreign Diplomatic Missions in China and the Staff Members Thereof | | 关于公布《中华人民共和国海关对外国驻中国使馆和使馆人员进出境物品监管办法》所涉及法律文书格式文本的公告 |
| On May 29, 2018, the General Administration of Customs issued the Decision of the General Administration of Customs to Amend Some Rules (Order No. 240, GACC), amending the relevant provisions of the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision over the Entry and Exit Articles of Foreign Diplomatic Missions in China and the Staff Members Thereof. The legal documents (see the Annex) involved in the Measures are hereby issued, and shall come into force on July 1, 2018. | | 2018年5月29日，海关总署公布了《海关总署关于修改部分规章的决定》（海关总署令第240号），对《中华人民共和国海关对外国驻中国使馆和使馆人员进出境物品监管办法》有关规定作出修改。现将该办法所涉及的法律文书（见附件）予以发布，自2018年7月1日起施行。 |
