| Announcement on the Requirements for the Inspection and Quarantine of Rice Imported from India | | 关于进口印度大米检验检疫要求的公告 |
| According to the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the DAC&FW of the Republic of India on the Plant Sanitation Requirements for Indian Rice to Be Exported to China and the relevant laws and regulations of China, Indian Basmati and non-Basmati rice is allowed to be exported to China. The rice to be exported from India to China shall satisfy the Requirements for the Inspection and Quarantine of Rice Imported from India (See Annex). | | 根据《中华人民共和国海关总署和印度共和国农业合作及农民福利部关于印度大米输华的植物卫生要求议定书》和中国相关法律法规，允许印度Basmati和非Basmati大米输华。印度输华大米应符合《进口印度大米检验检疫要求》（见附件）。 |
