| Announcement on Investigation of the Use of Imported Goods in 2017 | | 关于开展2017年进口货物使用去向调查工作的公告 |
| To make the customs statistics reflect the development of China's foreign trade in goods in an all-round multi-angle way, provide basic statistical data for the accounting of value added in trade, and better serve the macroeconomic decision-making of the state, according to the overall arrangements for the national input-output investigation, the General Administration of Customs has decided to investigate the use of imported goods in 2017. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为使海关统计全方位、多角度反映我国对外货物贸易发展状况，为贸易增加值核算提供基础性统计资料，更好地服务于国家宏观经济决策，根据全国投入产出调查工作总体部署，海关总署决定开展2017年进口货物使用去向调查工作。现将有关事项公告如下： |

| The amount and proportion of the domestic use of imported goods shall be understood. | | 了解进口货物国内使用去向的金额比例。 |
| II. Investigation Scope and Subjects | | 二、调查范围与对象 |
| The investigation shall cover the imported goods under trade statistics in 2017. See Annex 1 for the list of sample enterprises participating in the investigation. | | 调查范围为2017年贸易统计进口货物；参与调查的样本企业名单见附件1。 |

| The Customs will conduct key investigations and supplementary investigations of the use of imported goods in 2017. Sample enterprises shall log in to the “System for the Investigation of the Use of Imported Goods in 2017” (http://www.haiguan.info) via computers, or scan the QR code via mobile phones (see Annex 3), and complete the questionnaires online. | | 海关对2017年进口货物使用去向进行重点调查和补充调查。样本企业通过电脑端登陆“2017年进口货物使用去向调查系统”（http：//www.haiguan.info），或通过手机扫描二维码（见附件3），在线填报调查表。 |
| The Customs will organize the explanation session for the investigation of the use of imported goods, to introduce the methods for completing the questionnaires to the sample enterprises. The time and place of the session will be announced separately. | | 海关将组织进口货物使用去向调查说明会，面向样本企业介绍调查表的填报方法，会议时间、地点另行通知。 |
The Customs will conduct supplementary investigations of the sample enterprises by telephone interviews, on-site visits and other means as appropriate.
