| The Products under Investigation subject to this expiry review are identical to those subject to the original anti-dumping measures, i.e. unexposed 摄影感光纸及纸板; name in English: Photographic Paper and Paper Board; The product is listed under tariff numbers of 37031010, 37032010 and 37039010 in the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China. | | 本次期终复审调查的被调查产品与原反倾销措施的被调查产品相同，即未曝光的摄影感光纸及纸板（简称相纸），英文名称：Photographic Paperand Paper Board，该产品归在《中华人民共和国海关进出口税则》：37031010、37032010和37039010。 |
The MOFCOM conducted investigations with respect to the possibility of the continuance or reoccurrence of dumping of imports of photographic paper and paper board originating the EU, the United States and Japan to China and of the injury to the said industry in China if the anti-dumping measures were terminated. In accordance with the investigation results and Article 48 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China (the "Anti-dumping Regulations"), the MOFCOM made the ruling on the review (See the Annex). Now the relevant matters are hereby announced as below:
