For the purpose of implementing the spirit of the reform aimed at simplification of administrative procedures, decentralization of powers, combination of decentralization with appropriate control, and optimization of services, the Measures for the Bidding of Purchasing Companies in Projects Using Foreign Government Loans (No.103 [2005], MOF), the Measures for the Administration of Procurement under Foreign Government Loans (No. 157 [2009], MOF), and the Measures for the Administration of the Selection and Appointment of Procurement Agencies for Projects Using Loans or Grants of International Financial Organizations (No. 133 [2011], MOF) are hereby repealed.
