| Announcement on Issuing the Standard Documents Involved in the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Goods Temporarily Imported or Exported and the Instructions for Completing Relevant Customs Declaration Forms | | 关于发布《中华人民共和国海关暂时进出境货物管理办法》格式文书及有关报关单填制规范的公告 |
| In accordance with the Administrative Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for Goods Temporarily Imported or Exported (Order No. 233, GACC, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrative Measures”), the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) has developed the Written Confirmation Application for Goods Temporarily Imported or Exported (Annex 1), the Examination and Confirmation Letter of the XX Customs of the People's Republic of China on Goods Temporarily Imported or Exported (Annex 2) and the Extension Handling Form for Goods Temporarily Imported or Exported (Annex 3), which are hereby issued. The instructions for completing relevant customs declaration forms are hereby specified as follows: | | 根据《中华人民共和国海关暂时进出境货物管理办法》（海关总署令第233号，以下简称《管理办法》），海关总署制定了《暂时进出境货物确认申请书》（附件1）、《中华人民共和国XX海关暂时进出境货物审核确认书》（附件2）、《货物暂时进/出境延期办理单》（附件3），现予以发布。同时，就有关报关单填制规范明确如下： |
| I. Instructions for completing the customs declaration forms whereby the consignees or consignors of goods or the agents thereof declare the temporary import or export of goods: | | 一、收发货人或其代理人申报货物暂时进出境的报关单填制规范： |
| 1. In the“Supervision Model” column: | | （一）“监管方式”栏： |
| “Goods temporarily imported or exported (2600)” or “exhibits (2700)” shall be entered. | | 应当填报“暂时进出货物（2600）”或者“展览品（2700）”； |
| 2. In the “Marks, Notes and Remarks” column: | | （二）“标记唛码及备注”栏： |
(1) The categories of goods temporarily imported or exported shall be entered in accordance with the items listed in paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Administrative Measures, e.g. “VI Goods temporarily imported” or “IX Goods temporarily exported.”
