| Announcement on Promoting Paperless Determination of the Customs Value at the Customs | | 关于推广海关审价作业单证无纸化的公告 |
| In order to support the national customs clearance integration reform and further improve the efficiency of customs clearance, the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) has decided to promote paperless determination of the customs value at the customs offices across the country. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为配合全国海关通关一体化改革，进一步提高通关效率，海关总署决定在全国海关推广审价作业单证无纸化。现将有关事项公告如下： |
| I. The taxpayers of imported goods may, through the customs affairs contact system, receive and give replies to the electronic version of the customs value inquiry notices, value consultation notices and price consultation records as well as attached documents and materials, and may receive and check the valuation notices. | | 一、进口货物纳税义务人可通过海关事务联系系统接收和反馈海关价格质疑通知书、价格磋商通知书、价格磋商记录表等审价文书及随附单证资料电子数据，并可接收和查看估价告知书。 |
II. Taxpayers of imported goods who meet the requirements of the provisions on customs administration may, through the customs affairs contact system, submit to the Customs an electronic application for formula valuation recordation and pre-examined value recordation as well as the electronic form of the attached documents and materials and accept the recordation decisions of the Customs, and are not required to submit them in a paper form.
