| Announcement on Issuing the Samples of Legal Documents and Lists Involved in the Relevant Rules on Supervised Bonded Places | | 关于公布保税监管场所相关规章所涉及法律文书及清单样式的公告 |
The formats of legal documents and lists involved in the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Bonded Warehouses and the Goods Stored, the Interim Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Bonded Logistics Centers (Type A), the Interim Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Bonded Logistics Centers (Type B), the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Supervised Export Warehouses and the Goods Stored, and other rules as amended by Order No. 235 of the General Administration of Customs are hereby announced, effective from February 1, 2018, upon which Article 3 of and the Annex to Announcement No. 14 [2004] of the General Administration of Customs shall cease to be effective.
