| The branches and foreign exchange administrative departments of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) in all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government; branches of the SAFE in Shenzhen, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, and Ningbo; and all designated Chinese-funded foreign exchange banks: | | 国家外汇管理局各省、自治区、直辖市分局、外汇管理部，深圳、大连、青岛、厦门、宁波市分局，各中资外汇指定银行： |
| For the purpose of carrying out the requirements of the State Council for advancing the reform measures aimed at simplification of administrative procedures, decentralization of powers, combination of decentralization and appropriate control, and optimization of services and further promoting the trade policy facilitation, the SAFE has reviewed the relevant regulatory documents and the effectiveness of some regulatory documents is hereby announced as follows: | | 为贯彻落实国务院有关简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革措施等要求，进一步促进贸易政策便利化，国家外汇管理局对有关规范性文件进行了清理，现就部分规范性文件效力通知如下： |
