For the purposes of regulating the preparation and disclosure of the summaries of listed companies and facilitating domestic and overseas investors' access to the basic information on listed companies, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange | | 为规范上市公司要览的编制和披露行为，便于境内外投资者查阅上市公司的基本信息，根据有关法律法规和《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》等相关规定，深圳证券交易所（以下简称“本所”）就有关事项通知如下： |

A listed company that has publicly offered stocks within the territory of the People's Republic of China and is included in the underlying companies of the Northbound Trading Link under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (hereinafter referred to as a “listed company”) shall prepare and disclose the Chinese and English summaries respectively according to the requirements of this Notice, and ensure the consistency between the Chinese and English contents. | | 一、在中华人民共和国境内公开发行股票并纳入深港通下的深股通标的上市公司（以下简称“上市公司”）应当按照本通知的要求分别编制和披露中、英文要览，并保证中、英文内容的一致性。 |
