In accordance with the Supplementary Agreement VIII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement approved by the State Council, the General Administration of Customs has decided to amend Article 6 of the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Implementing the Rules of Origin for Trade in Goods under the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (issued by Order No. 106 of the General Administration of Customs and amended by Order No.141 and Order No. 198 of the General Administration of Customs; hereinafter referred to as the “Provisions”) as follow:
