| As decided at the 4th Session of the Standing Committee of the Fifteenth People's Congress of Shanghai Municipality, 13 local regulations including the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on Complaint Letters and Visits are amended as follows: | | 上海市第十五届人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议决定，对《上海市信访条例》等13件地方性法规作如下修改： |
| I. In the following regulations, “administrative supervisory organs,” “administrative supervisory departments” or “supervisory departments” are replaced with “supervisory organs” | | 一、将下列法规中的“行政监察机关”、“行政监察部门”或者“监察部门”修改为“监察机关” |
| (1) Paragraph 2 of Article 49 of the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on Complaint Letters and Visits | | 1.《上海市信访条例》第四十九条第二款； |
| (2) Article 39 of the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on Comprehensive Control of Public Security | | 2.《上海市社会治安综合治理条例》第三十九条； |
| (3) Article 44 of the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises | | 3.《上海市促进中小企业发展条例》第四十四条； |
| (4) Article 22 of the Several Provisions of Shanghai Municipality on Demolishing Illegal Buildings | | 4.《上海市拆除违法建筑若干规定》第二十二条； |
| (5) Article 39 of the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on Administrative Law Enforcement in Urban Management | | 5.《上海市城市管理行政执法条例》第三十九条； |
| (6) Article 33 of the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on the Planning for and Construction of Underground Space | | 6．《上海市地下空间规划建设条例》第三十三条。 |
| II. In the following regulations, the legal bases on which supervisory organs take disciplinary actions against the public officials who violate laws are amended. | | 二、对下列法规中监察机关对违法公职人员予以处分的法律依据作出修改 |
| (7) In Article 41 of the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on the Supply and Use of Electric Power, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China is added as a basis for law enforcement by supervisory organs.” | | 7.在《上海市供用电条例》第四十一条中增加监察机关的执法依据“《中华人民共和国监察法》”； |
(8) In Article 69 of the Regulation of Shanghai Municipality on Work Safety, “Administrative Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China” is replaced with “Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China.”
