Announcement on Adjusting Imported Cardiac Pacemaker Inspection Institutions 关于调整进口心脏起搏器检验机构的公告
For the purposes of supporting the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and promoting the development of the relevant industries in the Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, in accordance with the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection and the Decision of the State Council to Suspend the Implementation of the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices in the Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone (No. 10 [2018], State Council), the General Administration of Customs has decided to add Haikou Customs District as a cardiac pacemaker inspection institution. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
．．．．．．		 为进一步支持海南自由贸易港建设，促进海南博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区相关产业发展，根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法实施条例》和《国务院关于在海南博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区暂停实施〈医疗器械监督管理条例〉有关规定的决定》（国发〔2018〕10号），海关总署决定增加海口海关为进口心脏起搏器检验实施机构。现就有关事项公告如下：
