| To thoroughly implement the spirit of the opinions of the State Council on deepening the reform of simplification of administrative procedures and decentralization of powers, integration of decentralization and administration, and optimization of services, implement the Asset Appraisal Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Asset Appraisal Law”), intensify the measures for the interim and ex postregulation after the cancellation of the administrative licensing item of “approval of the formation of insurance adjustment institutions,” effectively conduct the business recordation and regulation of insurance adjustment institutions, and promote the healthy and steady development of the insurance adjustment industry, you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为深入贯彻国务院关于深化简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革意见精神，落实《中华人民共和国资产评估法》（以下称《资产评估法》），强化“设立保险公估机构审批”行政许可事项取消后的事中事后监管措施，切实做好保险公估机构业务备案及监管工作，促进保险公估行业健康稳定发展，现将有关事项通知如下： |

The institutions engaging in insurance adjustment business shall meet the requirements of the Asset Appraisal Law
．．．．．． | | 从事保险公估业务，必须符合《资产评估法》要求并向国务院保险监督管理部门备案。全国性保险公估机构可在工商注册登记地所在省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市之外设立分支机构，区域性保险公估机构不得在工商注册登记地所在省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市之外设立分支机构。保险公估机构采用公司形式的，全国性机构向中国保监会进行业务备案，区域性机构向工商注册登记地中国保监会派出机构进行业务备案。合伙形式的保险公估机构向中国保监会进行业务备案。
