| According to the facts stated in your Request for Instructions, on July 22, 2015, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission made the Arbitral Award (No. 0036 [2015] of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission South China Sub-Commission) to which the seal of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission is affixed. According to the provisions of Article 58 of the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China, a case in which a party applies for revoking an arbitral award shall be accepted by the No. 2 Intermediate People's Court of Beijing Municipality which is at the corresponding place where the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission is located. | | 根据你院请示所述事实，2015年7月22日，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会作出[2015]中国贸仲(深)裁字第0036号裁决，该裁决书上加盖“中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会”印章。依照《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第五十八条的规定，当事人申请撤销案涉仲裁裁决的案件，应当由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会所在地对应的北京市第二中级人民法院受理。 |

| | 2015年2月2日，义福房地产(合肥)发展有限责任公司(以下简称义福房地产公司)以沃尔玛(安徽)购物广场有限公司(以下简称沃尔玛公司)为被申请人，向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(以下简称中国贸仲)提交仲裁申请。义福房地产公司依据的仲裁条款是2006年9月18日签署的《房屋租赁协议》第16．2条：任何一方均可将该争议提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会华南分会(以下简称贸仲华南分会)，依据申请仲裁时该会当时有效的仲裁规则在深圳进行仲裁。
