| For the purpose of maintaining the consistency of legal system for work safety and promoting public security by law, the State Administration of Work Safety has reviewed some rules and regulatory documents. Upon review, it is hereby decided to: | | 为维护安全生产法制统一，推进依法治安，国家安全生产监督管理总局对部分规章及规范性文件进行了清理。经过清理，现决定： |
| I. Amend some clauses of three rules | | 一、对3部规章的部分条款予以修改 |
| 1. In Articles 16, 25 and 30 of the Measures for the Implementation of Work Safety Licenses of Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises (issued by Order No. 41 of the State Administration of Work Safety on August 5, 2011 and amended by Order No. 79 of the State Administration of Work Safety on May 27, 2015), “safety qualification certificates” is replaced by “safety certificates.” | | （一）将《危险化学品生产企业安全生产许可证实施办法》（2011年8月5日国家安全生产监督管理总局令第41号公布，根据2015年5月27日国家安全生产监督管理总局令第79号修正）第十六条、第二十五条、第三十条中的“安全资格证”修改为“安全合格证”。 |
2. In Articles 9, 18 and 24 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Permits for the Safe Use of Hazardous Chemicals (issued by Order No. 57 of the State Administration of Work Safety on November 16, 2012 and amended by Order No. 79 of the State Administration of Work Safety on May 27, 2015), “safety qualification certificates” is replaced by “safety certificates.”
