| In order to thoroughly implement Several Opinions of the State Council on Further Promoting the Reform and Development of the Exhibition Industry (No. 15 [2015] of the State Council) and the Statistical and Monitoring System for the Exhibition Industry (Letter No. 944 [2016] of the Ministry of Commerce), strengthen the guidance to and support for the exhibition industry, and promote transformation and upgrading of the exhibition industry, the Ministry of Commerce will establish a working mechanism for major contacted enterprises (entities) in the exhibition industry. In order to effectively conduct application recommendation and selection of major contacted enterprises (entities), you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为深入贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步促进展览业改革发展的若干意见》（国发〔2015〕15号）和《展览业统计监测制度》（商服贸函〔2016〕944号），加强对展览行业的引导和扶持，促进展览业转型升级，商务部将建立展览业重点联系企业（单位）工作机制。为做好重点联系企业（单位）的推荐申报及遴选工作，现将有关事项通知如下： |

| 1. Any exhibition organization entity which holds a single economic trade exhibition whose indoor area reaches ten thousand square meters or above. | | （一）凡举办单个经济贸易展览会室内面积达1万平方米以上的展览组织单位。 |
| 2. Any one which has an exhibition venue whose main function is to hold exhibition activities. | | （二）凡拥有以举办展览活动为主要功能的展览场馆。 |
| 3. Any exhibition service provider which provides such services as the design and building of the exhibition stand, logistics transportation of exhibits, and meeting and exhibition affairs. | | （三）提供展台设计搭建、展品物流运输、会务展务等服务的展览服务商。 |

1. The entity as registered with the industry and commerce administrative department or the party and government organ which sponsor the exhibition may entrust a legal person institution actually operating the exhibition with the filing of an application.
