Announcement on Strengthening the Administration of Customs Import Value-added Tax Credits 关于加强海关进口增值税抵扣管理的公告
To protect the lawful rights and interests of taxpayers, further strengthen the administration of value-added tax (“VAT”), and crack down upon the criminal activity of illegal obtainment of tax credits by fraud by utilizing the special customs bills of payment for VAT (hereinafter referred to as “customs bills of payment”), the State Administration of Taxation has decided to enhance in a comprehensive manner the audit of the customs bills ofpayment, and intensify the administration of customs import VAT credits. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
