| As required by the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the People's Bank of China on the Pilot Program of Electronic Collection of Non-Tax Revenues of Central Entities (No. 92 [2015], Ministry of Finance) and the Notice on Matters concerning the Electronic Collection Management of the Fine and Confiscation Revenue and Other Non-Tax Revenues of the Ministry of Land and Resources (No. 302 [2016]), the relevant issues are hereby announced as follows: | | 按照《财政部 中国人民银行关于中央单位非税收入收缴电子化试点工作的通知》（财库〔2015〕92号）和《关于国土资源部收取的罚没收入等非税收入收缴电子化管理有关事宜的通知》（财办库〔2016〕302号）要求，现将有关事项公告如下： |
