| In order to effectively implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for accelerating the transformation of government functions, promoting the simplification of administrative procedures and delegation of powers to lower levels, the combination of delegation with administration and the optimization of services, and comprehensively reviewing rules and policy documents involving contents that are not conducive to stabilizing growth, promoting reform, adjusting structure, and improving people's livelihood, the China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”) has decided to repeal a group of policy documents after comprehensively reviewing its documents issued from its establishment to the end of 2015. The repealed documents are hereby announced as follows: | | 为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于加快转变政府职能，推进简政放权、放管结合、优化服务，全面清理不利于稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生的规章和政策性文件等要求，经对银监会成立以来至2015年底发布的文件进行全面清理，银监会决定废止一批政策性文件，现公告如下： |
Five policy documents including the Notice of the China Banking Regulatory Commission on Issues concerning Fire Control in the Administrative Licensing Items of Banking Financial Institutions shall be repealed on the date of the announcement (see Annex for the List of Policy Documents Repealed upon Decision).
