Where a people's court, upon acceptance of an application for the announcement to urge declaration of claims, publishes an announcement, it shall, pursuant to Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 448 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the Notice of the Supreme People's Court on Further Regulating the Publication of Announcements by Courts
