| The State Council hereby approves the establishment of the State Council Inter-Ministerial Joint Meeting System for Implementing the Intellectual Property Right Strategy under the charge of the leaders of the State Council. The Joint Meeting shall neither have its own official seal nor officially issue documents. The work of the Joint Meeting shall be organized and carried out according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the State Council. | | 同意建立由国务院领导同志牵头负责的国务院知识产权战略实施工作部际联席会议制度。联席会议不刻制印章，不正式行文，请按照国务院有关文件精神认真组织开展工作。 |
| From the date of issuance of this Official Reply, the Official Reply of the State Council regarding Approval of the Establishment of the State Inter-Ministerial Joint Meeting System for Implementing the National Intellectual Property Right Strategy (Letter No. 88 [2008], State Council) shall cease to be effective. | | 自本批复印发之日起，《国务院关于同意建立国家知识产权战略实施工作部际联席会议制度的批复》（国函〔2008〕88号）停止执行。 |

| | 在国务院领导下，统筹协调国家知识产权战略实施和知识产权强国建设工作。加强对国家知识产权战略实施和知识产权强国建设工作的宏观指导；研究深入实施国家知识产权战略和加强知识产权强国建设的重大方针政策，制订国家知识产权战略实施计划；指导、督促、检查有关政策措施的落实；协调解决国家知识产权战略实施和知识产权强国建设中的重大问题；完成国务院交办的其他事项。
