In order to regulate the information disclosures involved in the operation of the livestock and poultry breeding and aquaculture business, the real estate business and the relevant solid mineral resources business by companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”), and protect investors' lawful rights and interests, the SZSE has developed the Guidelines No. 1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Industry Information Disclosure—Listed Companies Engaging in the Livestock and Poultry Breeding and Aquaculture Business, the Guidelines No. 2 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Industry Information Disclosure—Listed Companies Engaging in the Relevant Solid Mineral Resources Business, and the Guidelines No. 3 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Industry Information Disclosure—Listed Companies Engaging in the Real Estate Business, which are hereby issued, and shall come into force on the date of issuance. Please comply with and implement these Guidelines.
