2003年10月17日签署的《内地与澳门关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》（以下简称“《安排》”）； |
-the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (hereinafter referred to as “CEPA”) signed on 17 October 2003, | |
2004年10月29日签署的《＜安排＞补充协议》； |
-the Supplement to “CEPA” signed on 29 October 2004, | |
2005年10月21日签署的《＜安排＞补充协议二》； |
-the Supplement II to “CEPA” signed on 21 October 2005, | |
2006年6月26日签署的《＜安排＞补充协议三》； |
-the Supplement III to “CEPA” signed on 26 June 2006, | |
2007年7月2日签署的《＜安排＞补充协议四》； |
-the Supplement IV to “CEPA” signed on 2 July 2007, | |
2008年7月30日签署的《＜安排＞补充协议五》； |
-the Supplement V to “CEPA” signed on 30 July 2008, | |
2009年5月11日签署的《＜安排＞补充协议六》； |

双方决定，就内地在服务贸易领域对澳门扩大开放及加强金融合作签署本协议。 |
the two sides agreed to sign this Supplement IX on further liberalization of trade in services in the Mainland for Macao, and strengthening cooperation in the area of finance. | |

| | （一）自2013年1月1日起，内地在《安排》、《＜安排＞补充协议》、《＜安排＞补充协议二》、《＜安排＞补充协议三》、《＜安排＞补充协议四》、《＜安排＞补充协议五》、《＜安排＞补充协议六》、《＜安排＞补充协议七》和《＜安排＞补充协议八》开放服务贸易承诺的基础上，在法律、会计、建筑、医疗、计算机及其相关服务、技术检验和分析、人员提供与安排、印刷、会展、其他商业服务、电信、视听、分销、环境、银行、证券、社会服务、旅游、文娱、个体工商户等20个领域进一步放宽市场准入的条件，新增加教育和铁路运输领域的开放措施。具体内容载于本协议附件。
