| In accordance with the decision of the State Council on canceling and decentralizing administrative approval items, the AQSIQ has reviewed relevant departmental rules, and has decided to amend some clauses of the following six pieces of departmental rules: | | 根据国务院取消、下放行政审批事项的决定，国家质检总局对有关部门规章进行清理，决定对以下6件部门规章的部分条款予以修改： |
| I. The Detailed Rules for Punishing Illegal Metrological Acts shall be amended as follows: | | 一、对《计量违法行为处罚细则 |
| (1) In item (1) of Article 13, “metrological administrative department of the State Council” is replaced with “metrological administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government.” | | （一）将第十三条第（一）项中“国务院计量行政部门”修改为：“省、自治区、直辖市人民政府计量行政部门”。 |
| (2) Item (2) of Article 13 is deleted. | | （二）删除第十三条第（二）项。 |
