| For the purposes of further enhancing the quality and effectiveness of supervision and strengthening the off-site supervision of specialized institutions, in accordance with the Banking Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has modified and improved the requirements for the submission of off-site materials by specialized institutions. All specialized institutions are requested to submit relevant supervision materials according to the requirements of the Annexes. Supervision information and materials not listed in the Annexes but explicitly required by relevant regulations shall be submitted on time according to the corresponding requirements. | | 为进一步提升监管质效，加强专营机构非现场监管，依据《中华人民共和国银行业监督管理法》，我局对专营机构非现场资料报送要求进行了修改和完善。请各专营机构按附件要求，报送相关监管资料。对于其他未在附件清单中列出、但相关法规已明确要求的监管信息资料，请根据相应要求按时报送。 |
This Notice shall come into force on the date of issuance, upon which the former Notice of the Submission of Off-site Supervision Materials by Bills Business Departments and Relevant Matters (No. 182 [2006], General Office of the Shanghai Office of the CBRC), Notice of the Submission of Off-site Supervision Materials by Fund Operating Centers and Relevant Matters (No. 183 [2006], General Office of the Shanghai Office of the CBRC), Notice of the Submission of Off-site Supervision Materials by Credit Card Centers and Relevant Matters (No. 184 [2006], General Office of the Shanghai Office of the CBRC), Notice of the Submission of Off-site Supervision Materials by Private Banking Departments and Relevant Matters (No. 186 [2009], General Office of the Shanghai Office of the CBRC), Notice of Modifying the Requirements for the Submission of Off-site Materials by Credit Card Centers (No. 187 [2009], General Office of the Shanghai Office of the CBRC), Notice of Modifying the Requirements for the Submission of Off-site Materials by Fund Operating Centers (No. 188 [2009], General Office of the Shanghai Office of the CBRC), Notice of Modifying the Requirements for the Submission of Off-site Materials by Bills Business Departments (No. 189 [2009], General Office of the Shanghai Office of the CBRC), and Notice of the Submission of Off-site Supervision Materials by Specialized Institutions for Precious Metals and Relevant Matters (No. 149 [2010], Shanghai Office of the CBRC) shall be repealed.
