| In order to further transform government functions, improve the investment environment, strengthen the interim and ex post coordinated supervision over foreign investment, and effectively conduct the joint reporting of the information on annual investment and business operations of foreign-funded enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the “joint annual reporting”) in 2015, the relevant issues are hereby announced as follows: | | 为进一步转变政府职能，改善投资环境，加强对外商投资事中事后协同监管，做好2015年外商投资企业年度投资经营信息联合报告工作（以下简称联合年报），现就有关事项通知如下： |
I. All foreign-funded enterprises that are formed upon approval according to the law and registered within the territory of China and have obtained the qualification of a legal person shall, from July 16, 2015, to October 15, 2015, complete the Report on the Information on Investment and Business Operations in 2014 by logging onto the “System for the Online Joint Reporting and Sharing of the Information on Annual Investment and Business Operations of Foreign-Funded Enterprises Nationwide” (http://lhnb.gov.cn/). The relevant information shall be shared among commerce, public finance, taxation and statistics departments.
．．．．．． | | 一、在我国境内依法批准设立并登记注册、获得法人资格的外商投资企业应当于2015年7月16日至10月15日，登录“全国外商投资企业年度投资经营信息网上联合报告及共享系统”（http：//lhnb.gov.cn/），填报2014年度投资经营信息报告。相关信息在商务、财政、税务、统计部门间实现共享。
