关于建立最高人民法院发回重审、指令再审案件信息反馈机制的工作意见 |
To strengthen the oversight of cases remanded or ordered by the Supreme People's Court for retrial, enhance the quality and efficiency of trial work, and promote judicial impartiality, these Opinions are formulated in consideration of trial practice. | |
为加强对最高人民法院发回重审、指令再审案件的监督与管理，提高审判工作质量和效率，促进司法公正，结合审判工作实际，制定本工作意见。 |

| 1. The feedback mechanism for cases remanded or ordered for retrial means a work mechanism under which the specialized departments for trial administration of the people's courts gather, analyze, track, and provide feedback on information regarding cases remanded or ordered by the trial departments for retrial through a case information management platform. | | 一、发回重审、指令再审案件信息反馈机制是指，人民法院专门审判管理机构利用案件信息管理平台，对审判业务部门发回重审、指令再审的案件，进行信息汇总、分析、跟踪、反馈的工作机制。 |

2. These Opinions shall apply to cases remanded or ordered by the trial departments of the Supreme People's Court for retrial or cases whose handling results shall be otherwise submitted as required by the trial departments of the Supreme People's Court (excluding death sentence cases).
