| Announcement on Suspending the Acceptance of Applications for the Import of Solar-Grade Polysilicon in Processing Trade | | 关于暂停太阳能级多晶硅加工贸易进口业务申请受理的公告 |
Considering thesharp increase in the import of polysiliconunder China's processing trade after trade remedy measures were imposed on January 20, 2014, on the solar-grade polysilicon imported from the United States and South Korea and on May 1, 2014, on the solar-grade polysilicon imported from the European Union, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have decided to suspend the acceptance of applications for the import of solar-grade polysilicon in processing trade (customs commodity codes: 2804619012, 2804619013, 2804619092, and 2804619093).
