| From June 1 of this year, the pilot program of sentencing standardization has been carried out in over 120 designated pilot courts across the country. At present, this work is being advanced in an active and steady manner. According to the work arrangements and requirements, the Supreme People's Court decides to expand charges in the pilot program of sentencing standardization in the courts nationwide from December 1 of this year. The Guiding Opinions on the Sentencing of Ten New Charges (for Trial Implementation) and the relevant drafting explanations are hereby issued to you and you shall conscientiously organize and carry out the pilot program.
