全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百七十一条第二款的解释

(Adopted at the 8th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress on April 24, 2014) (2014年4月24日第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第八次会议通过)

After discussing the meaning of paragraph 2 of Article 271 of the Criminal Procedure Law and whether a victim is entitled to institute an action in a people's court under Article 176 of the Criminal Procedure Law in a conditional non-prosecution case in view of issues encountered in judicial practice, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress hereby announces its interpretation as follows:
