| Announcement on Adjusting the Supervision Mode of Some Imported Mineral Products | | 关于调整部分进口矿产品监管方式的公告 |
| For purposes of further improving business environment and reducing port clearance time, the General Administration of Customs has, based on the trial implementation of the reform of the supervision mode of imported iron ores, decided, after risk assessment, to change the supervision mode of some imported mineral products to “release before inspection”. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为进一步改善营商环境、压缩口岸通关时长，根据进口铁矿监管方式改革试行情况，经风险评估，决定将部分进口矿产品监管方式调整为“先放后检”。现就有关事项公告如下： |
I. For the purpose of the adjusted supervision mode, “release” means that imported mineral products can be taken away from the places under customs supervision if they meet the requirements upon on-site inspection and quarantine (including radioactive detection, foreign inclusion quarantine, number and weight identification, appearance inspection and sampling and preparation, among others); “inspection" means that imported mineral products shall be subject to laboratory tests and certificate issuance after they are taken away.
