| For the purposes of further regulating information disclosure of corporate bonds of listed companies and specifying the specific procedures for information disclosure, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (“SSE”) hereby notifies the relevant matters as follows: | | 为进一步规范上市公司公司债券信息披露，明确信息披露的具体流程，上海证券交易所（以下简称本所）现就有关事项通知如下： |
| I. Where a listed company discloses relevant information in accordance with the Listing Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange for Corporate Bonds, the Listing and Transfer Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange for Non-publicly Offered Corporate Bonds and the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and other business rules related to information disclosure, it shall disclose such information on the website of the SSE. | | 一、上市公司依据《上海证券交易所公司债券上市规则》《上海证券交易所非公开发行公司债券挂牌转让规则》和《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》等信息披露相关业务规则披露相关信息的，应当在本所网站予以披露。 |
II. Where a listed company issue, either publicly or by private placement, corporate bonds (excluding convertible bonds) and publicly trade or transfer them on the SSE, the information disclosure related to the repayment of corporate bonds and the application for and handling of the related business shall be entrusted to the lead underwriter of corporate bonds or a trustee, which will make submissions through the bond business management system of the SSE.
