In accordance with the requirements of the General Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration of Matters Concerning the Smooth Transition of the Business of Patent Agency Offices during the Institutional Reform (No. 3[2019], General Office of the CNIPA), during the process of reform of relevant local intellectual property institutions, patent agency offices have basically maintained the stability of staff members and the orderly transition of business such that the work is not stopped and the standards are not lowered. In order to implement the spirit of the directors' meetings of the China National Intellectual Property Administration in 2019 and lay the foundation for the next step of the integration of patent and trademark work, a thorough investigation into the adjustments to patent agency offices after the institutional reform is hereby organized. A Form of Patent Agency Offices and Their Business Information (attached) shall be truthfully filled out with the approval documents prepared by the relevant institutions as annexes and then submitted to the Department of Intellectual Property Right Use Promotion of the China National Intellectual Property Administration in electronic and paper form (with an official seal) before December 20, 2019.
